Frequently asked questions

Is there a cancelation policy?


Yes,

All cancelations are required to be informed within 48-72 horus of sessions.

If a workshop is forced to be cancelled, your entire tuition(paid amount for course) will be refunded to you. If a class/workshop is canceled due to an act of god, the workshop will still be canceled and refunded back to you. If you have a personal emergency, please contact Jennise. I will be willing to work with you or refund your monies. If workshop and course are under the minimum or students, I will cancel or reschedule.




Will I be able to reschedule my spot?


It is mandatory for every student to contact the instructor for all rescheduling. Students are able to reschedule their appointments, workshop or courses, if there are any availablity.




If I am late?


If a student is late to a workshop, there will be zero refunds. Workshop will still have to move on. Also, if reschuleding due to lateness, Student must re-book and pay full for their next session. There will be zero refunds. Their reservation holds the students spot, in which other students will have to book for another open time spot.

Each session is a first come first.

Every student must know that, they must be on time! Being late only prevents students from missing out important material to their growth.




Am I guaranteed to learn?


Yes,

Every student will learn something new about themselves. They will grow with the knoweldge that is being taught. All sessions provides supportive knoweldge for students to gain and utilize what they absorb into advancing their current skillset.




Turn Around on Projects


Turn around takes 3-14 weeks for projects. I come up with due dates and follow-up with clients before procedding to the next tasker iwthin the project.




Refund


Before refunding, I wiork closely with clients to provide other options before refunds are made. IF project is alread created, the refund will no longer be 100%.
